  • Had a great experience at Hillcrest Surgery today. From the moment we got there at 6am and were checked in by the kind, professional Betsy Schultz all the way to discharge- everyone was fantastic. They seemed to really care about you. The nurse named Annie in recovery was outstanding. Very patient. Attentive. The beeper system they have set up for waiting families works like a charm. Their walking circuit allows those waiting to get some physical activity. Climbed 24 flights of stairs to kill the time, along with 4 miles. East Coast Custard trucks pulled up mid day for those that wanted to purchase a treat. All in all, a great surgical and hospital experience.
