  • Went here to get my cat groomed and it was the worst experience I've ever had. When I first brought my cat in I asked for a wash and simple cut/trim they took her in and I sat down. As I was sitting I noticed all the dogs barking at my cat and jumping at it and the owner wasn't paying attention or doing anything. I guess he noticed me looking and then rudely asked me to leave, I told him that I'd prefer to stay and he then yelled at me and told me that I was making the dogs bark. So I left and came back to get my cat, the owner was gone and a young woman told me that they accidentally broke her collar. I payed and left and when I got home to see my cat they shaved all of her hair off and gave her a "lion cut". Her fur looked so choppy and when I let her out of the cage she looked like she was terrified.
