| - As with all craft stores, they are expensive. However, my beef is NOT with pricing, but with their "Framing" Department. I dropped off an old Irish bar mirror, to be re-framed in the beginning of April. I wanted it by a party we were having in May. I called an called, but would get transferred and no one would answer. I would go to the store and the "right person" was never working to discuss my frame, but they were ready and willing to take other customers NEW orders that's for sure! I finally went back there yesterday on June 6th, in my very loud Leo way, and demanded my frame! After two different clerks assisted me, the "right person" was actually there this time. She said, "Oh, I remember that from a long while ago." I had to bite my tongue until I felt blood, as to not freak out a second time. The mirror/frame had been finished for WEEKS. The work was good, I cannot lie about that and my frame looks good, but the treatment and service I received was horrible! I could have went to Fast Frames and had my frame in 2 days, but would have paid about $40 more. For me, that would have been worth it! Saving money is not always the best policy my friends! If you don't need your frame for like 3-4 months, sure give them a shot!
