  • This place deserves 0 stars! The worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. It's no wonder they one of the only places I could find excepting new clients. I went to this place trying to finally seek help and I have never been treated so badly. I checked to make sure that this place was covered by my insurance first and I even found this place through my insurance company but when I came in on Tuesday morning to fill out the paperwork they told me worst case scenario I would pay $125.00. I told her I was not paying that and I should only be liable for a copay. The receptionist said that she would check. Forty minutes later she said I would only be liable for $30.00 copay but she said because it took forty mintues I would have to reschedule because they have a ten o clock coming in. I never made it in to see a doctor and I had been waiting for this appointment for two weeks. I was really looking forward to this appointment. They should have checked the insurance beforehand and they should have called their 10:00 to let them know they were running late. I had a set appointment and for them to tell me I have to reschedule after being there for forty mintues when I showed up on time was cruel. So thank you oasis counseling for not caring about my health. I would never go back to this place I got a bad vibe when I first walked in and saw that all your chairs were different and they had stains on the chairs. My mom is a manager of a doctors office and I know myself that is not the way a patient should be treated. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Now I will have to probably wait another two weeks to see someone.
