I love the Lemont, longtime Pittsburgh landmark, always a wonderful view. The staff is polite and well trained in spite of the previous comments. However the food is mediocre and uneven now- they should be competing with the best restaurants in Pittsburgh and could raise their prices if they did. We went with old friends for the Sunday night special- normally their specials are good- but the entrees were absolutely terrible. I had the pork tenderloin and it was almost inedible. My husband had the beef tenderloin and he said it was fine. Our friends had the salmon - overcooked- and the chicken. Chicken looked like it needed more sauce. The creme brûlée dessert was very good. The food we got was what they must serve at their many catering functions- plenty of weddings there- but if you are paying for a nice dinner, it is no wonder it is not crowded
