  • I have no experience with this dentist, but this office staff could be nicer and more careful regarding patient records and confidentiality. Today we received an appointment reminder for a dentist my husband has never seen (or heard of), for an appointment he never made. When I called this office and brought this to the receptionist's attention, the receptionist acted confrontational with me about it! I figured out that our former (a different) dentist, of over 10 years ago, worked in this office for a short time and this office apparently linked our closed client information with a new client who shares my husband's same name. Insult to injury: neither my husband or I received an apology for their error and the inconvenience it caused.
