  • Purchased tickets in advance as advised by the Paris website. On the day the tower was shut due to a dust cloud. The girl on the desk in the hotel could not have been more rude about it. Hotel staff could not have cared less about ruining the kids day. Very disappointing and down to is now to try and get a refund from ticketmaster as the hotel wash their hands of the whole thing. Very poor next time we will book the high roller instead and recommend you should do the same. PS THEY DO NOT ADVISE TICKETMASTER WHEN THE TOWER IS SHUT SO NO REFUND. $77 for nothing..!
