  • WORST. CHIPOTLE. EVER. Their service is sub-par AT BEST. They are always out of something, usually multiple things. The line is usually REDONKULOUS. It's not usually very clean. Last night after I waited 5 minutes for fajitas and they were out of brown rice so I had to get white, my burrito was finished and I waited for a cashier for a solid 7 minutes. so long that other employees were telling her how bad she was for hanging out in the back that long. They were also out of most of the juices, they only had 2 flavors of the Nantucket Nectars and 1 flavor of the Izze Then, when I went to grab a fork, I noticed someone had spilled soda all over the only fork tray that had any forks at all. Absolute worst chipotle location on the face of the earth. I go to Kamm's corners or Rocky River locations whenever I can.
