  • This is the absolute WORST Sam's Club I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only one close to the Mountains Edge area so we usually have to visit this location. I purchase formula weekly and it's always such a huge ordeal to have to wait for the cashier to flag a manager down with keys, then we have to wait for the manager to walk to the cage to get the formula, then we have to wait for them to walk all the way back to the register. Although this sounds simple it usually takes a MINIMUM of 5 minutes. Then people in line behind me are complaining and getting angry and the cashier always seems annoyed. Since when did buying something as simple as baby formula turn into a huge production?! The cashiers have screwed up my transactions nearly every time I'm here which only makes things worse. The customer service at this store is absolutely horrendous and we have now stopped going there. We drive all the way to the Sams on Eastern & Serene. And now that we can't use our neighborhood Sam's Club we're switching to Costco.
