  • We have owned a condo in the Meridian for a few years now and overall we have had a great experience! The condo itself is very nice, as well as the complex as a whole. The complex is conveniently located located a block off the Las Vegas Strip. Also, this complex has an AMAZING pool and outdoor area that is rarely busy. The main community pool is very well maintained and the pool is very large. There are also always plenty of chairs and places to sit around the pool. The community is secured by a gate and sometimes the gate can be a pain. They are very strict about who can/can't come in and often times it seems extreme. However, I don't mind this security because I believe it keeps the community safer all together. Overall, our experience in the Meridian has been very pleasant. This is a good community and a good place to live, especially if you are looking to be close to the Strip.
