  • This is our favorite apartment complex that we have lived in. We first saw the apartment on-line, where there was a convenient 3-D rendering of the different units. I got Charlene on the phone who helped me with the application process, and without physically seeing the apartment (because we were moving from California), we did everything remotely and had our move-in date. Super easy. We loved swimming in the pool this summer, working out in the gym, even using the computer center to print some documents. The proximity to shopping is a big bonus: Costco, Marshalls, DSW, Harkins Theaters, a bunch of restaurants, banks, etc. And an elementary school across the street for people with kids. The grounds are kept clean, the rules are enforced, and it's pretty quiet. Leah, Charlene, and Dustin have been so helpful and professional and friendly. Maintenance is awesome. Everyone I've encountered has been on their A game. We've purchased a home and have to break lease, so we're leaving earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend Oceana. Good bang for your buck. Great management team. Safe place to live.
