  • First, I gotta say that, hands down, this was the cleanest pet store I've ever been in. The store was clean, the pet habitats were clean and the pets themselves were extremely well cared for. That right there shows how much the owners and employees care about these animals. They aren't just out to make a buck. The prices are really good and the staff is very knowledgeable and PATIENT with noob questions from me and my young son. We visit lots of pet stores in the Valley because my son LOVES all things "animal" so we take these little field trips quite often and have seen many of the stores around town. This one was great enough for me to come to Yelp and write a review. They have all sorts of pets in the shop: fish (of course!), reptiles, bunnies, birds and even baby quails! I'm sure I'm missing a few, I was just so happy to find a new place to buy pets/pet supplies once Pets Inc in Tempe went out of business. They care about their animals and their customers. You can't go wrong visiting The Pet Shop - you'll be so glad you did.
