  • I just came from this location trying to print out two important documents I'm needing for a job interview tomorrow. I sat at the computer, inserted my flash drive, retrieved my documents, and selected the printer I used the last time I was in the store. The documents wouldn't print. The cashier stood at the printer for a long time and looked at it. I suggested she clear out the printer and reset it. Long story short, I stayed in that store for over 20 minutes trying to print out the my documents. The cashier clicked kept clicking on random printers she found in the print drop box on the computer. I was very concerned that my documents were printing else where. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing. She went on to help other customers coming into the store and she left me at the computer dumbfounded. She said that she told a "more experienced" employee that I needed help, but that worker was in the back on the phone. I waited and waited and the "more experienced employee" from the back never showed up to help me. Needless to say, I left there with no copies. I wasted my gas and time going to the UPS store on 55th ave and Bell Road in Phoenix. Never again! That was only my second visit. My first visit, the cashier had ZERO customer service skills and was not very friendly, but at least she knew how to use the printer. I will not return.
