  • safe area you want nicer room go superior, or business class friendly proactive staff don't write about problem get it fixed while there excuse caps, i have stayed at this hotel for over ten years, if i felt any negatives like others, i would not stay here. business class rooms 5 stars, and i have stayed at ritz carlton, 4 seasons....... bravo to lino and the entire staff. i am not related to any way with this hotel, this hotel makes my "montreal experience complete", booking next new years now!! book directly through chain, not on online travel sites!!!!
