  • Too bad you have to leave at least 1 star, they don't deserve it. They SUCK! Not only do they nickel and dime you but they up and cancel flights. Sure you have to get back to work tomorrow, you paid for preboarding, and for your seat (as if you're not paying for your actual ticket) but then they cancel your flight a whole day? They should just have spare parts on every plan b/c they have to fix it in EVERY city they land in! Just spend the extra $75 and fly a better airline! Ya, no other words than THEY SUCK!
