  • Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous negative reviews. Horrible experience, I think I had the same rude lady as was already described in the other negative reviews. Avoid if you can, the issue is that you come here after being directed here in the hope of "assistance" after not being able to resolve things online and/or on the telephone. Instead you get treated like an idiot and waste your time. Frankly it feels like visiting a government office in the former Soviet Union... For your own sake - avoid!
