  • I had been to this place three or four times before this visit. Food is good but service seems to be subpar always. This last visit was particularly bad. We entered the restaurant and stood around waiting for somebody to guide us to a place to sit. Finally, a guy comes over and asks our preference and we tell him outdoors will be fine. He seats us and we wait for about five minutes. Finally, a waitress (Ithink the owner) comes over and tells us harshly "you can't sit here". I say "we were seated by a waiter". She says you can't sit here. I ask why. She says, "because it is reserved for a large group". I say "where can we sit". She leads us to the indoor seating. We sat and waited for 20 minutes. Nobody attempted to wait on us. Finally, we got up and walked out. Saw her again on the way out and said,'your service sucks". She just looked at me - no apology, no excuses. This lady is evil. Saw a broom in a parking space on the way to the car. Surmised it must be her mode of transportation. This is unfortunate. This place has the ability to be a real bright spot in our neigborhood. Unfortunately, bad ownership or help can ruin what could be a great experience.
