When my wife got a medical card we decided to research every dispensary here in Vegas and also asked people working in the industry for help.
It was a mixed bag. The confusion from the legal quagmire meant that we often got great advice one day and leas great the next.
Workable until my wife found RSO relieved pain best and Essence had the brand mist consistent. You would thought this was the end of dilemma.
We started going to Tropicana location. They would tell us it was in stock and then switch stories when she got there. She would up with the wrong product pushed on her when she was most desperate. My wife is not one to complain and would suffer through the dose until the next time
Today was the last draw. An employee by the name of Charmaine took our call and regaled us with stories of her own history and promised she would set aside the right batch.
She didn't.
This time, I decidedly to get involved and personally called to see what happened. Again, Charmaine assured me she understood it was nit the right dosage, again promised to hold on to the right batch and that there would be no problem swapping them.
With Charmaine's promise, we drove back. Charmaine turned us over to the real manager who decided not to honor the policy or Charmaine's promise.
Getting an order wrong is understandable. Not allowing a return on a pharmaceutical might have some good reasoning.
So I called Charmaine back and asked why the return was not allowed. Her response was to tell me it was beyond her control. Ultimately thats the fault of management for not backing her or some training issue about their user unfriendly policies.
Im posting here just to warn you. Any company that condones outright lying to customers is going to be trouble.
