  • They are the worst. They are scammers. Fake tech man "Matthew" (from India) took over my laptop. Showed me fake command results. Wanted $499.99. He was about to lock my Windows PC using "syskey". I unplugged the Ethernet cable and saved myself. He started yelling in Hindi curse words. He used remote connect software from Citrix.
