Fresh made pulled noodles. That alone is worth a visit. I had the hand-pulled ramen soup with beef which was quite pleasant. I noticed that as time went by, the soup tasted better, probably due to the flavours of all the ingredients being absorbed into the liquid. You write down your order and hand it to the server - who forgot to order my soup, so I patiently picked away at my lunch partner's plate of food. Then I reminded him and the huge bowl arrived. Don't stare at the beef too hard or too long - a lot of it lacks eye appeal. This place is nice for a change. I may come back in the summer if I am passing by.
