  • If you can avoid going to the pharmacy here, do it. Currently sitting in the pharmacy after 3 trips back and forth because each time they stated that my faxed prescriptions were not there. Pharmacists are on rotation far too often, always looking like someone ran over their dog (apart from maybe two people I've seen before), and they don't know how to communicate with one another. Even my doctor called to confirm that she sent my prescription yesterday and was frustrated with them needing to call and ask. I put two prescriptions on hold and this confused the hell out of them as well. Suggestions for management: have one person deal with each customer so your employees aren't playing telephone.
