  • VIP experience as soon as we arrived! I'm so glad my husband and I decided to stay at this marvelous hotel for our anniversary. It was walking distance to so many tourist attractions , right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The breakfast was excellent, room service left the room looking great, valet was so courteous and helpful. Literally everyone had a smile on their face. The room itself looks modern, beautiful bathroom/ shower and soft robes for us to use. We will definitely be returning in the future, maybe in the summer, when we don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain....oh yes, there was also a complimentary umbrella for us to use during our stay. They have truly thought of everything, thank you Le Germain :)
