  • The food was average and the beer was average. Normally, this would be a 3 star place that I wouldn't even review. Unfortunately, I feel compelled due to our poor experience to warn other travelers to find another establishment to eat at during their layover. The very limited menu that was available didn't offer what we expected to find for 'pub food'. The real disappointment came when our BBQ bacon chicken sandwich and turkey/bacon club sandwiches were delivered with the notice that there was no bacon. Low on time, we didn't want to send anything back or waste food. We did ask for a value adjustment to our bill, but the manager on duty claimed that if we ordered the same food without bacon, it would be the same price anyway, so he saw no difference. After calmly discussing with him how that logic was flawed because we ordered it exactly the way it came and they delivered items to the table that was clearly missing a key ingredient, he smiled and continued to say that a menu item with bacon was worth the same as a menu item without bacon. I highly recommend avoiding this place as the place is barely a shade of the 'brew pub' that it markets itself as, the food and beer are nothing special, and the lack of communication and concern when mistakes are made reveal its true lack of customer care that makes a food and beverage establishment successful.
