  • I was softly looking for a new car in celebration from a work promotion. I stopped into University Volvo dealership inquiring about an X60 and I was not satisfied with the service rendered. I left work early thinking I would probably be test driving a vehicle and if I loved it more than my current Lexus I was prepared to make an offer. I already had financing approved as well as a trade in. I do not know if my expectation was different, but I was expecting a different outcome.
