  • I went to Citrus Signs because our new landlord suggested them as they have done some signs for them in the past. I met with them and they were very prompt, showed up the next day with a superimposed picture of what the sign would look like as well as pricing. The store sign was going to be $2700 and the pylon signs were going to be $300. I told the rep that the store sign was out of my budget, but let's do the pylon sign as we were tight already from getting ready to move and prep the new location. I gave them my credit card and said move forward with the pylon and if we could do next week (10 days away) to have the sign installed, that would be great. 1 day later, I received a call from the rep and he told me the "owner" said we had a big job to do next week and that if I wanted the sign, I would have to pay "overtime" rates and the new pylon sign would be $450 now! A 50% price hike. I told him cancel my order and I will take my business elsewhere... I have lived in Vegas for 14 years and I am surprised places like this are still open... Steer clear of these guys...
