  • Labsense is all you could ask for from ice cream! Don't be deceived by the cup size though - it's a cup inside of a cup. They do this because they put a solid substance in the larger cup and pour hot water over top to create the airy effect. My only complaint about this is that the hot water does start to melt the ice cream quite quickly. I got the strawberry cheesecake that ended up being $7.40 after tax. The ice cream was nice and silky and since I'm an absolute cheesecake fan, the cream cheese really burst out and it was a very accurate imitation. However, I wouldn't call it strawberry cheesecake since the only strawberry flavour was from a sauce poured overtop - that disappeared very soon or overflowed out of the cup. The graham cracker side was also a great edition and emulated the full cheesecake experience. The store is also very nicely decorated with a bright floral backdrop - perfect for taking artsy photos. As well, flamingo wallpaper and wooden themed chairs. The service was a bit unorganized and very mediocre which is understandable from a newly opened store. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other flavours they have to offer!
