  • I decided to pop in on Sunday as I had tweaked my back and was having troubles moving at all. Came in bought a package deal and sat down. I watched 3 people come in, sit down and then go back. I heard one mention checking in online. Peer around the office and there is a little sign on the desk mentioning they have an app. As I had been waiting for 25 minutes already (and there was already a person waiting when I got there) I decided to see what it thought the next open spot was. 94 minutes! So I ask the front desk how long till I could see the doctor and she tells me 45 minutes! How can not make someone aware that they are going to be waiting for over an hour. There was a dad with 2 small kids that came in at we me. Needless to say I refunded my package and me and 3 others got up and left. I will never go back. If your wait is going to be more that 15 minutes because of online checkin (bare in mind when I called they said they were walk in only) you should tell people.
