  • I'm very disappointed, as I have been using this company for the past two years. I originally had them out to service my unit and they filled up my AC unit with Freon. The good news is that it never leaked, a year later I had them out again to replace a capacitor that went bad. I had them back out a few times for service check ups no problems. Then today I had Don stop by because my AC unit was not turning off, it was because the coils had frozen and he told me that the unit is old and needs to be replaced. We went over a few items and then decided to go with a 4 Ton Rheem 14 Seer unit for $7000 which included a new return and duct to a laundry room. I decided to have a second opinion and when another company stopped by to look at the unit the coil had already defrosted. He checked out the unit and it worked great! No issues nothing needed to be replaced. He then changed my air filter in the house because it was dirty. It is running beautifully now and the other company saved me $7000. I'm more upset that Don did not take additional steps or follow up once the coil defrosted before he tried to push a new AC unit on me.
