  • Very unprofessional and owner lacking customer service skills. Went in for a second colon theraphy, waited for 30mins passed my scheduled time only to be informed that I my original colonics person was not in and was assigned a newbie out of school. First of all I felt she was experimenting on me. So I told her I did not want to continue with the treatment and would rescheduled. My appt was rescheduled for the next day. Showed up for my appt yet to be told it was not for that day but a day later (this was booked by the owner). Then the owner proceed to let me know that I made a mistake. So I told her I was not coming back to her establishment and wanted a refund in which she declined. I will never ever recommend that place to anyone.
