Went in last night at 6pm after calling around 5:15pm to see when they would have time. When I got there I still had to wait about 20 minutes for a fill and basic pedicure. At first glance I could tell they were good because their prices are very competitive and they were busy, but definitely not very sanitary. I sat down with Sam for my fill and he's great. He shaped them precisely and made them narrow and the powder acrylic wasn't left thick...he made sure they looked natural. However I can't really say the same for my pedicure with another lady there. They re-use files (for all we know it could have been used on someone with nail fungus or hepatitis) there is no guarantee the tools they are using have been sanitized in the autoclave either, as she was pulling them out of her caddy. It's like going to a dentist and not seeing them tear open the sealed package with clean tools..they don't just start using the ones on their tray. Not only does the lack of cleanliness bother me, she also didn't do a great job on the nail polish either. *see photo of my toe*
