  • I got a down perm here during my visit of las vegas amd it totally went BAD. The guy who cut my hair did not know what he was doing at all but argued that he had much experience with this which is NOT TRUE. I have gotten down perm from various locations here in the US and no one did like what he did. down perm was dissolved within a week and half without any sustainability. NOT RECOMMENDED. PERIOD
