  • This company is up to no good. I work on our companys tradeshows and received a call from Kevin at CHS. He pretended to work for NACS and said that he wanted to confirm my reservation and that I just need to fill out the final portion of our hotel reservation. I asked if he was going to be my NACS account manager moving forward and he said YES! He acted very nice and when the email arrived I noticed it asked for a credit card number wich was odd considering I had already reserved my rooms for this event. When I asked him about this he said he would call me back in just a minute to confirm my reservations. During this time I got his phone number off of our caller ID and compared notes with what I had on file. I noticed that the proper office wasn't even open during this time and that the names provided were no where to be found on the contact list. I called this Kevin guy back and gave him a piece of my mind. What a jerk!!!! BE WARNED!
