  • Not so good... I have been here 4 times. I was new to the area and this was the only Thai restaurant I knew about. I was disappointed every time, but had to give them a chance to redeem themselves, they never did. The experience starts by being wedged into a table. This is the worst dining area I have ever seen. They have 3 tables, if there is more than 3 parties, you wait or get take out. The dining floor is 2.5x larger than a pizza hut pick up restaraunt. The only time I ordered their chicken Satay's they were bland, luke warm and greasy. Half of them were pink and raw in the middle. I was scared I would get salmonella. I sent them back and after that I received nothing but dirty looks and attitude from the waitress / manager (there was only one person taking all the orders and managing the front). As numerous people have said, customer service is a low priority. They are not friendly and can be very rude. The food was boring and dissapointing. I've tried several curries, chicken and beef dishes. There are so many great Thai restaurants in Arizona, there is no need to settle for this. Look up some of the better restaurants. I'm not sure how they have such high ratingings, but trust me, there are far better thai restaurants out there. Go to Swan Thai, Tum Nak Thai if your in the area. Avoid this dump at all cost.
