rev:text	I came to this salon based on other reviews here on Yelp. People seemed positively bowled over by the place, and the location was convenient. Parking is on-street, but there's quite a few side streets you can park on, so it's not a problem. It's not the most 'luxurious' place, but it's certainly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Just...simple. But that's not a bad thing; especially when you're not paying $75 for top-quality service. They have a big screen TV that shows a movie you can watch while getting your nails done. It's a nice touch. The polish selection (I had the mani-pedi combo) is remarkably good. You have waaaay more than the average number of colours to choose from, and the brands are all high quality (Essie, OPI). I found the service very good in that my mangled, cracked feet looked beautiful at the end of the service, and it lasted a good six weeks (skin softness and polish)! My hands did look nice too, but the polish lasted only (!) two weeks. This isn't the shellac, just the regular polish. I bumped one nail on the drying table, and someone quickly redid that finger for me, which I really appreciated. My technicians didn't really say much, but I'm thinking there might have been a language barrier. They were (quietly) pleasant, and certainly did an excellent job. I tried a mani-pedi somewhere else after, and found that a week later my heels were dry and cracking, which I didn't get here. I've booked another mani-pedi here and can see this becoming my regular place. I'm very satisfied with the service here, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
