Please see my previous review. After having my car back for a couple days (after East Charlotte Nissan had it for FIFTY DAYS, YES FIFTY DAYS), I could tell it was not fixed correctly. I am still hearing a roaring sound, as well as a metallic sound when I accelerate when the car is cold. I took it to a different transmission shop that I have worked with before that is the complete and total opposite of East Charlotte Nissan as far as service, correspondence, reliability, honesty etc., and they said my wheel bearing was bad and they couldn't believe East Charlotte Nissan would give me my car back when it sounded so terrible. Everything in my car that was so obviously wrong should have been fixed while East Charlotte Nissan had my car for FIFTY DAYS, and it was all too obvious to me that something was not right pretty much as soon as I got my car back. I drove it for a week to make sure I wasn't just being paranoid. I have called Todd at East Charlotte Nissan three times and texted him to ask about a loaner (since this issue should have been repaired while they previously had my car for FIFTY DAYS) and have yet to hear back from him about the loaner. He did call me back and said to bring it in Saturday so they can drive it. I texted him (after he would no longer answer my call)that I would need to leave it since the metallic sounds don't occur unless the car was cold. I have heard nothing back from him. This dealership has given me the absolute worst customer service as well as mechanical service I have ever experienced. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR!
