  • This place should not be in business! I came here to get stuff out of my vehicle after a terrible accident. I stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes! 4 people behind the glass working, eating lunch and chatting. No one even acknowledged me. Then a postman comes in with certified mail and they quickly get up and greet him and sign the forms. At that point I say is there someone here that can help me!? And they say "ma'am" we are busy! And I say I see that but it would be nice to be greeted, maybe say how long the wait is! Something! So I can chose to come back later if I wanted to. It's a shame that they can get away with their horrible service because most of us don't have a choice as to where our vehicle ends up after an accident. I just hope and pray the owner reads this feedback and instills some compassion and customer service skills in his/her staff! Everyone who gets their car towed has not broken the law so to be treated so rudely is just the icing on the cake after a terrible accident!
