  • let me start with the fact that I have been a patron of this store for many years and have previously found the store personnel knowledgeable and friendly. I also note that as of this writing, all of the reviews are over a year old. Oh how they have fallen. I was greeted by not one but two signs stating that there were no public restrooms. one of these said that the public restrooms were outside the building. Prior to what I had hoped to be some extensive shopping, I asked ( I thought politely) where I might find the "public facility". I was told that it was outside. That's it. Just outside the building. The cashier was rude and condescending. As a business man myself, I believe that our customers are guests, PAYING guests in our establishments and not the unwashed masses bent on sullying and defacing your restroom. I will take my business to Tru-Value from now on as I am a supporter of Shop Small and Shop Local. I would suggest you do the same. as all the Las Vegas stores are owned by the same people. Pity, used to be nice.
