  • I've been a member with Landings CU for almost 10 years. Back when they were Tempe Schools Credit Union. While I have experienced stellar customer service in the past, my most recent experience makes me want move my financials elsewhere. The customer service rep I started working with was nice and helpful. However, the issue I had required me to be transferred to a manager. The manager I spoke with was rude, talked over me, and didn't treat me like a valued member but more of a hassle. I was guilty of being a delinquent before I had a chance to explain the situation. It was like working with a debt collector with a bad attitude. The kind of person you hang up on because because they are so rude and unprofessional. The fifteen minute phone call ended with me wishing I never did business there.
