Honestly. No idea why reviews are so low at this joint. The sushi served is on par with any casual dining sushi establishment out there. No it's not on par with Nobu or other $75+ sushi establishments on the strip but it's not trying to be. Are the people leaving bad reviews seriously expecting the same quality? I filled myself on two plates of rolls. The tuna and salmon are fresh and delicious. They have a hand roll station that does made to order hand rolls. The spicy tuna was my favorite. I also had made to order tonkotsu ramen and it honestly was a lot better than my expectations. No Monta but for a Buffett establishment, I happily gobbled down the ramen. Tried some of the other things like gyoza, shrimp tempura and some classic Asian Buffett fare such as green muscles with cheese. Other than the shrimp tempura which is bomb, the none sushi foods were lackluster. Didn't care much for the desserts, but I was here for a sushi fill and it hit the spot!
