My garage door had been acting up ever since it closed on the bumper of the car. Yesterday it would close then reopen. It did this 6 times until it finally stayed closed. I made an appointment online at Apex's website. Quinn called me to review the problem and said he could make it to my house that night between 6-8 pm. He showed up at 8 pm. Nice guy and very laid back. He adjusted the limit switches and greased all the springs, rails and track. Seems the limit switches were making the garage door shut harder than it had to so it thought something was stuck under the door causing it to pop open. Making the adjustments fixed the problem. Also the door runs smoother and not as noisy as before. Cost was $60 for repair. I'd call Apex Garage Door & Repair again if I need a repair done.
