  • I came here to celebrate a friends birthday. I have never been, but I hear a lot of people talk about this place so I was pretty excited to finally experience it! We came on a Saturday and it was extremely busy, which is I guess the norm for this place. Top golf is basically a bowling alley for the golfer in you. They have what they call "bays" or "lanes" compared to bowling lingo. It's 3 stories and each story has a bar and a row of bays along the edge. Each golf ball has a little chip in it, which is how they can keep score within your group. They serve all kinds of bar food and drinks and yes kids are allowed to come here, I was under the impression that it was adults only but no I noticed a lot of children and babies, I wouldn't bring my children here on a weekend night why? so many drunks! We had a 3 hour wait for a bay, so we decided to chill at the bar/lounge on the 3rd floor. We ordered cheese fries, bacon cheeseburger, calamari, and guacamole and chips. I wasn't very impressed with the food at all! The guacamole was definitely the instant packet guacamole either that or they over did a certain spice on our order. Cheese fries lacked a lot of flavor, and don't even get me started on the bacon cheeseburger that came with no cheese. The food takes FOREVER to arrive that honestly you're so hungry you can't complain on how much flavor it lacks. I ordered a Moscow mule and it was quite delicious so thumbs up for that! By the time we got into our bay I was exhausted! I was ready to go home! Our server for our bay was pretty nice, but extremely slow. It took 20min for an order of water to arrive. All in all its a pretty cool concept, but in my opinion it is little too over hyped. I would definitely only visit during weekdays not a weekend NEVER AGAIN. Unless I make reservations ahead of time. Service was ok, extremely slow. I mean if you know your business is extremely busy on certain nights I would think they would at least be fully staffed and prepared to accommodate all of their guests. The food was not good at all for the price I was expecting something better.
