rev:text	Needed a new pair of glasses after finding my eyes were getting really tired while driving home after work and came here under a recommendation. It's one of the smaller optical stores inside First Markham Place but the service more than makes up for it. Went to Three Owls on a Sunday afternoon on a whim after a late lunch since I had lots of time to kill before dinner. After entering I was quickly greeted and acknowledged by one of the associates and was advised to take a look around until a seat was free. There are a broad selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses lined throughout the walls and the table displays, although it was kinda hard to see some of the eyeglasses due to customers and sales reps using the space to discuss the products. Once I was seated and was attended to by a sales rep, I explained what I was looking for with regards to purpose, frame style and price range and she was very quick with providing multiple options. She was also very honest in providing an opinion whether the shapes of the various frames fit my face or not lol which was really helpful in deciding which frames to purchase. When I had reached my decision as to which frames I was set on purchasing, I was surprised to find out that my new glasses could be prepared within the same day! I wasn't really expecting to grab my glasses the same day but when I was asked if I wanted to wait around for them without any extra charges, I happily obliged. I'm not sure if same day turn around times are a normal time frame for getting new glasses anywhere - let alone at Three Owls - but it was definitely a pleasant surprise. They also provided a receipt for insurance purposes which my employer's insurance company happily took and provided a refund almost immediately. Great prices, really quick turn around times and a friendly, helpful staff - I'll definitely be recommending Three Owls to other friends and family who are looking for a new set of glasses!
