  • I was standing there for 10 minutes and nobody ever took my order. All the employees behind the counter, including the manager saw me and didn't even acknowledge me. As I was walking out I said I'd take my business some place else and didn't even try to stop me, the manager sarcastically yelled "thanks!!" Worst customer service experience ever!!
