  • The people who work at this branch are unhelpful and truly useless. When you walk in to Chase and say "Hi, I'd like to open a new account because my friend said you get $200 for opening one" and then they get you all set up, but forget to mention an important piece of the puzzle. You're supposed to include a coupon code at the start up process. They never mentioned it or I would have come in the next day with the coupon. While I was setting up my account we went over maintenance fees and how they would be waved if you had at least $500 in the account. So 2 deposits have gone by and the extra $200 was never put in my account. I called to speak to the bank employee who set up my account and told him what happened and proceeded to tell me I never presented the code. I'm like, Hello? I said I'm opening an account because my friend referred me and told me I would get $200 for opening a new account. At what point do you think you'd say something about the code?! So now a month has gone buy and my account is no longer "new". The manager is stupid over there. She talks to you as if she's talking to a child and teaching them a lesson. That was extremely aggravating. I won't mention any names because no matter what, they all are useless. Use another bank branch or choose to bank elsewhere.
