  • Newly remodeled! Clean and aesthetically pleasing inside and out. We stayed here for 4 nights while exploring Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Check in and out were super fast. Front desk and breakfast staff are nice and helpful. Our room is a bit tight and small but very clean. The shower and lighting in the bathroom were great. AC was noisy, it rumbles quite loudly at times, feels like a train is coming across the bedroom. Our son complained equally loudly the next morning and he wanted to sleep in the car the next night. We solved that by getting him a box of ear plugs. Anyhow, the room is equipped with microwave, small fridge,and other little things for our conveniences. Bed was made, room was cleaned everyday. Good breakfast selection, coffee available all day and yummy cookies in the evening. It's a convenient location, near good restaurants and shops. I made reservation on line a couple of weeks before based on recent reviews, but I confessed that I was a bit worried about the low rating. This Hampton certainly meets the Hilton standard and more. I would give it 4 stars but I'm going to help it a little to where it should be, after all cleanliness was what's important to me.
