  • First of all, I was pleased that this business is family owned and local. There is something very unsettling when calling a 702 number and the "dispatcher" doesn't even know where you are located and is reluctant to tell you his/her location as well. Anyway, I called and explained my situation to Scott, asked for a quote, then was told they were in the neighborhood and would be there shortly. When Scott and Wylie arrived, they determined the best course of action and explained why (because knowledge is power!), then got down to it. Problem solved and at a fair price. In addition, both guys were very cordial and seemed to know their craft well.
