rev:text	First off, Nurse Emily, 5 stars for you girl!!! This rating has nothing to do with you! Last night (7-16-2015) my 1 year old daughter dropped a small can on her toe and after I couldn't soothe her, I decided to come to this GNP to avoid the waiting room at PCH. We got there shortly after 2 am, my daughter's toe was so swollen and bruised, she was screaming in pain. We were the only ones there. Emily checked us in right away, then another nurse took us back for vitals and led us to a room where "the doctor will be in shortly". 10 minutes pass. 20. 30. 40. My daughter is in pain and I'm sitting here in an empty office for what?! So I go and ask how long the wait will be. Dr. Ani (sp?) was in a back room sitting on his ass for 45 min!!!! While my daughter was screaming! He finally comes into the room 5 minutes after the nurses told him we were still waiting. He walks in like we're a bother, and without even making eye contact, says "What can I do for you today?" while half asleep. I told him the story and without looking at her foot, he sends us to get an x-ray. 20 minutes later he reads the x-ray and says no break, and hurries us out the door saying to give her tylenol. Unacceptable!!!! Second time seeing him, and he was way more of a dissapointment than last time. Get him out of there!!! He has made it clear he hates his job, and it's not fair that patients have to deal with that! Oh, did I mention that I got a call from the radiologist 2 hours ago saying my daughter's toe IS broken? Yeah. Stay farrrrrrr away from this place if Dr. Ani is there. I will never go back.
