  • Oh wow these reviews are very true. The staff here acts very inconvenienced and reluctant to help. They are severely understaffed as it is, so you wait in a long line, only to have someone annoyed by your existence do the bare minimum to help. I came to pick up and sign for a package because Fedex only delivers during business hours when most people are working. The woman helping me did not even fake a smile or a hi how are you. Not sure who spit in her Cheerios this morning. It was a large package and I drive a Sedan, but it has a large trunk for a small car. The woman would not even TRY to see if it would fit, she just told me straight up she knew it wouldn't and I'd have to come back with a bigger car. Maybe she would be right, it would be a close call, but to not even try?! After I waited 20 minutes? Thankfully an angel from above offered to follow me home in his truck with the package. Good thing he wasn't a thief or an axe murderer. Pretty sad when your customers help each other more than you help them.
