  • first time car buyers beware!!!! - purchased a pre-owned 2009 nissan murano w/ extended warranty, and gap. battery dies in car 2 months later and they simply do nothing to help. also when communicating to office at original signup - would take 2-3 days to get a call back - only reason we continued to work with them was because my wife loves the car. ****csr's like to argue with customer - very unprofessional****
