  • Called last week to make an appointment for my daughter and was told that there were no available appointments within their 15 day advance scheduling. Erica explained to me that you cannot make an appointment if the available appointments falls outside of the 15 day time period. Evidently too many people were no shows and this was their answer to solving that. Erica was nice enough and helpful. I called once again today for finally (hopefully)make an appointment. The first call was answered by a male who said hold on, and hung up on me. I called back and the same male answered who placed me on hold once again, and came back on the line after several minutes and hung up on me again. I then, called back another time and was hung up on again. I've come to the conclusion after wasting all of this time, that if this is the way that their people conduct themselves just answering a phone, than this isn't a place I would want to expose my daughter to. Thank you for showing you're true colors so I don't have to waste any more time on your business.
